Gouache on paper. The reverse of the sheet is taped along the edges. The reverse of the sheet is hinged at the upper corners to a support. One to two artist's tack holes at each corner and a further one at the centre of the upper edge. Some frame abrasion with associated areas of rubbing in places along the edges. The edges are slightly uneven. The sheet undulates slightly in places. A few minute spots of foxing in places. A small paint loss in the yellow pigments of the sun towards the upper right corner. Some small areas of hairline craquelures in places, inherent to the artist's gouache technique, a few with associated minute spots of paint loss in places. Pigments are strong throughout. It is our opinion that this work appears to be in generally good condition.
