The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The canvas, stretcher and its attachments are in good condition. All elements are present and adhere well to the canvas. There are 2 soft canvas draws to the lower corners. Subject to the foregoing it is our opinion that the work appears to be in good condition.
