The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The work is structurally sound. There is a faint accretion (approx. 2.5cm) near the lower horizontal edge and four faint points of accretion in the upper left quadrant. There is minor rubbing and scuffing in places, predominantly at the extreme edges and some surface irregularities in places.
