The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The work is structurally sound and all elements appear to be present. There are some surface irregularities in the wood, in keeping with the nature of the medium. There are a few accretions in places. Subject to the foregoing, it is our opinion that the work appears to be in good condition.
