The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Canvas, stretcher and attachments are in good condition. There are a few soft handling marks in places along the overturn edges. There is media splash predominantly along the upper edge presumably from the artist’s studio. There is minor rubbing at the four corners. Subject to the foregoing It is our opinion that the work appears to be in good condition.
