With the inevitable knocks, marks, losses, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
The plank top with some shrinkage between the two planks.
The rootwood elements with inevitable natural flaws, pitting and shrinkage.
Rather dirt and dusty to the crevices overall and some evidence of glued repairs.
Reshellaced overall and with later screw repairs to the top.
Structurally secure and highly decorative.
