The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The larger table:

In fairly good condition overall.
With the inevitable knocks, marks, losses, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
The covered top dirty, stained and marked overall and would benefit from cleaning.
The timber top with shrinkage historically which has been reinforced to the underside.
The legs rather scuffed overall.
Structurally secure and ready to use.

The smaller table:

In very good condition overall.
With only minor knocks, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks, consistent with age and use.
The veneered top with some very minor bubbling.
Evidence of historic repair to the top, visible on the underside.
Otherwise structurally secure and ready to use.
