The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Unlined. Tacking edges covered with tape. Minor frame abrasion to extreme edges. Canvas slightly buckling in lower left. A few areas of surface cracking in the center of the composition, concentrated in the thickly-applied areas of paint and finer surface cracking in lower corners with a small cluster of losses in lower right corner. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting scattered along extreme edges and a spot in lower left corner.
