The artwork is an oil painting executed on a medium wove linen canvas with its tacking edges intact and stretched onto a four-member wooden stretcher. The canvas has been infused from the verso with a light application of BEVA 371 to minimize the appearance of moderate cupping within the upper left and right quadrants within the sky. Ultraviolet examination reveals a flourescence of small and careful inpainting covering selective craquelure within the upper right quadrant along with a minor discoloration in the upper left quadrant. The artwork is clean and signed in the lower left quadrant. The artwork is in good condition requiring no treatment at this time.
