The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work has been lined using a non-wax adhesive. The surface is stable and probably clean. The work is in good condition aside from one fairly significant structural damage. This restored damage runs from the top of the mountains in the center, extending upwards by about 1 inch, then diagonally towards the upper left corner for about 8 inches, and continuing vertically through the trees for about 5 inches. Some cracking in the meadows beyond and around the cows has also been retouched. The retouching is well applied overall.
