The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Lined. Frame abrasion to extreme edges. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting scattered around extreme edges, dashes along the left edge and a few dots and dashes scattered in the background. A few specks in the sitter's face, a few dots in the clothing, and a cluster of dashes at lower center under the hands. Uneven, discolored varnish.
