The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work on canvasboard is slightly curved, particularly in the lower left corner, but this can be corrected with careful framing. The painting may have never been cleaned and may be slightly dirty. The artist painted onto a very textured gesso, and the paint layer reflects this throughout. The texture in the darker colors seems to be intentional, but it is possible that it developed in drying. The work is in very good state overall.
