Children on the Beach

The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work on board is in good condition. The paint layer is characteristically thick and vigorously applied. It has developed thin cracks, but this is not an indication of any instability. The only retouches are along the bottom edge, the largest of which is in the lower center. These do not interfere with the signature. The work should be hung as is.
