The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Wax lined. Tacked over a new stretcher. A thin piece of painted wood panel (possibly original) affixed along the lower edge, with corresponding small losses along the join. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting along this lower edge join, a small spot of inpainting in the trees on the distant bank, and a few small spots of inpainting in the right foreground tree. Although areas of the sky fluoresce, they appear to be the artist's original work.
