The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The board is slightly bowed. Minor frame abrasion to extreme edges. A diagonal surface abrasion in the roof at upper left with corresponding inpainting. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting scattered around the extreme edges, dots and dashes in the sky with a few dashes in the columns and a few dots in the roof at left, two spots in the dress, a few other minor dots scattered elsewhere.
