The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The board is flat and stable. Frame abrasion to extreme edges. A few small areas of cracking in the thickly applied areas of paint, including the dark pigment at upper center and in the rocks at lower right.
