This work is in very good condition. The paint layer is cleaned and stable. Some of the horizontal clouds in the sky and other areas of original pigment show slightly darkly under ultraviolet light. There is a spot of retouching in the sky to the left of the pink house, some small spots around the extreme edges, and some retouching in the brown shutters of the house on the extreme right side. The work should be hung as is.
