The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This work is in beautiful condition. The panel is flat. The paint layer is clean and lightly varnished. There is one retouch in the upper right corner. Although a few specks of old varnish show under ultraviolet light, there do not appear to be any other retouches. The work should be hung as is.
