The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The paper is affixed to its mat support with hinges in two places along the reverse upper edge. Two small losses along the extreme edge at center left, one in the lower left corner and one in the fireplace. The edges are slightly uneven. Possibly slightly faded. Mat burn along the extreme edges.
