The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Lined. The tacking edges are covered with tape. Slightly dirty. Surface cracking with a few small associated paint losses at upper left. Frame abrasion along the extreme edges. Under ultraviolet light, an area and a few small spots of inpainting in the left duck, a hairline of inpainting in the wing of the right duck, scattered small spots and areas of inpainting scattered in the background, and a slightly discolored varnish.
