The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The board appears flat and stable. There are minor hairline cracks in the surface of the board along the upper and lower left edge with associated small spots of paint loss. The surface appears slightly dirty. Under ultraviolet light, there appears to be a small spot of inpainting by the crack along the left lower edge and a slightly discolored varnish.
