- tipped with adhesive along the left edge verso onto a card support
- pin hole at upper centre

- a few soft flattened folds (15 cm., 12 cm. and smaller)

- with a small margin at left and wide margins elsewhere
- some time staining at the sheet edges and a pale moisture stain at the upper left margin outside the platemark
- pale scattered foxing
- a handling crease at the upper left sheet edge
