The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Lined. Tacked over a new stretcher. Minor stretcher bar marks. Hairline surface cracking in the sky. Under ultraviolet light, inpainting along extreme edges, particularly in the upper left corner, a spot in the upper right corner and small dots throughout the sky, slightly visible in natural light. Areas of restoration along the lower right edge with uneven varnish.
