The piece is in good condition. The surface is extremely dry and chalky; it has been exposed to the elements and does not appear to have any protective coating left. Some areas that are more exposed have a very chalky red finish (top of shoulders and thigh of the mother). There are a few small areas of light green oxidation leaching from the core material. This is normal and a cosmetic issue. The overall finish is a red brown coloration.
