The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

This pencil and crayon on paper is in good condition overall. The paper does not present tears or paper losses. The paper is attached in four places with masking tape at the verso corners to the top mat. Exposure to humidity over time has caused mild planar distortions throughout. Poor handling has contributed to multiple creases throughout with the most predominant one visible on the verso near the top from left to right edge. Visually, the paper is mildly oxidized from contact with acidic material and a natural process of aging due to light exposure. Otherwise, the media appears to be well preserved.
