This report was prepared by Alvarez Fine Art Services, Inc.:
This watercolor, charcoal and pencil on paper is in good condition overall. The paper does not present tears, paper losses, or planar distortions. The paper layer is mounted to a 1/8" acidic grey board (not by the artist) which is counter mounted with an additional paper on the verso. Visually, the paper on acidic board is mildly oxidized from contact with acidic material and a natural process of aging due to light exposure. Some scattered subtle surface abrasions are visible throughout the image; these may be original to the execution of the work. Although some fading is to be expected for a work of art of this age, the media appears to be well preserved.
