The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Lined. There is frame abrasion to the extreme edges. There is surface cracking in the brown areas around the water's edge. Under ultraviolet light there is crackfill inpainting and scattered dots of inpainting in the grass and trees. There is a 1 ½ in. repaired vertical break in the trees at lower right.
