The present work may be a study for Cooper's, Hudson River Waterfront, New York City, completed after 1913, now in the collection of the New-York Historical Society. Both works depict stunning views of Manhattan from the Hudson River, highlighting important landmarks, including the Woolworth and Singer Buildings.
