The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in decorative, sound condition and ready to place. With typical scattered nicks, faint marks, surface scuffs and scratches, consistent with age and use. With some age and construction cracks, some visible to the columns and feet but secure. The center leg on one side with an old, circular patch repair. The other central leg with a small repaired crack to the outer scroll. With some further small losses to the carved elements, not extensive, including to the interior of one of the lower octagonal rings on an outer leg, not readily visible. The table top with a repaired crack, and with additional hardware and glue residue to the underside, not visible when placed. With some further scuffs and wear to the stretcher, as to be expected with use.
