The paper is supported on the reverse by a canvas. With minor surface soiling and frame abrasion as to be expected with age. Examined under ultraviolet light. With multiple campaigns of restoration and minor touch-ups, most notably a circular area of restoration about 3⁄4 in. in diameter, at the upper left corner. Additional touch ups to the dark painted areas in the central architectural elements and in the greenery at left and right. Further inspection is hindered by a milky green varnish. Please note the frame is sold as is.
