The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
With scattered chips and small losses to carving and gilt surfaces revealing the underlying gesso and bole in areas as to be expected with age. Overall in good order and ready to hang. The plate with minor scattered losses to silvering commensurate with age. Possibly re-silvered as stated in the cataloguing. Some minor age cracks at shrinkage to joints.
