The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good, decorative and sound condition. With typical scattered nicks, marks, surface scuffs and scratches consistent with use. With some further dings and minor abrasions to the extreme edges. Some sunfading to the back seat rail. With some further small nicks and marks to the arms from previous upholstery, not readily visible. The back proper-right leg with a small repaired break near the caster; the proper-right arm with a small repaired break to the underside, not readily visible. The back proper-left upright with some further polished in scuffs and scratches resulting in some slight discoloration, from use. The upholstery well maintained with very light staining and wear. The casters with some rubbing and oxidation, including to the front right caster with tarnish and some verdigris. Presents well overall and ready to place.
