The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With a clean, complete well-maintained appearance, structurally sound. With general overall marks, nicks, surface scratches, and scuffs, commensurate with age. Old patch repairs to the uppermost cresting on chairback-- this has been well-disguised and is only readily visible from the back. A similar repair has been done to the lower outermost section of the chair back on the right side behind the armrest -- this is also only visible from the back. The veneers with some minor vertical fraying to the curved armrests and horizonal fraying toward the front of armrests. There are also some very minor fraying to veneers in places on back legs, but this is not readily noticeable. Overall the bench is in very good appearance and ready to use.
