The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each generally presenting well, with no apparent repairs or restoration. The typical scattered intrinsic imperfections, in the making, including small kiln specks generally at the undersides. Each also with some light scratches and wear throughout, consistent with handling. One dish with two small and shallow chips (the longer approx. 3⁄8 in.) to its rim around the 3:30 position, one located at the inside edge and one at the outside edge of the rim. The other dish with a fair amount of fritting and glaze flakes around its rim, most prominently between the 3 o'clock and 5 o'clock positions, and a lightly stained hairline (approx. 13⁄4 in. long) to its side at 6 o'clock.
