The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in decorative and sound condition. Each with minor variations in carving and construction. With typical scattered nicks, marks, scuffs and surface scratches, consistent with use. With some further abrasions, small chips and losses to the extreme edges and some of the raised decoration, including to the corner of the gadrooned border on the base of one example. With some minor areas of restoration and infilled repair, including to the side of one cabinet close to the door, as a result of the open door coming into contact with the side of the cabinet. With scattered minor age and construction cracks, and with some visible separation at joins but stable. The center molding on one cabinet possibly replaced. With two keys, not properly functioning at present. The grey stone tops with some minor nicks, small 'nibbles' to edges, and some faint surface scratches, consistent with use. Presents well overall.
