The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in sound, decorative condition and ready to place. With typical scattered nicks, marks, surface scuffs and scratches, as expected with age and use. With some visible joins, and some minor age and construction cracks. One example with a repaired break to the back left foot; with a further loss to the scroll on the front right leg on the same example. The pad feet with further scuffs, deeper scratches and wear consistent with use. The leather with scattered faint staining, light surface scuffs, some dryness and cracking. Some of the nail heads lacking. The seat rails not examined underneath upholstery.
