The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Each with typical scattered nicks, marks, cracks and surface scratches. The joins separating in some areas, as to be expected with age. Additional condition as noted below.

The Arbor -- With some visible now inactive woodworm holes. With two breaks in the vertical columns on one section of the arbor, now secured. Some of the nails loose and in need of securing, most notably at the roof of the central section.

The Gateway -- The gate hinges and latch slightly loose.
