The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall in sound condition. With typical scattered nicks, marks and scratches to the legs and arms, consistent with use. The leather probably original, with dryness, flaking and some losses, and with some further cracking, but well preserved considering its date. Some of the nailheads now lacking. The underside with evidence of old, now inactive, wood worm.
