The black and gilt decoration with some rubbing, lifting, flaking and losses; some areas refreshed with inpainting. The table top with horizontal craquelure; with some areas of refreshment to the decoration, some small nicks, flaking and losses, including to one of the leaves, revealing bare wood and bole. With some further age and construction cracks, including to the legs and the stretcher. The drawer lining with shrinkage and separation. Presents well overall.
