Lot Essay

“Bianca Jagger is one of the most Socially Diseased people I know. She’s almost as bad as me – and I’m terminal. She loves to go out every night to the hottest spot in town and make a big dramatic entrance in a big dramatic dress. She always has a limousine. And she always arrives with someone glamorous – a famous tennis player or the handsome young heir to an international fortune, or a boy so beautiful he could be a girl but definitely isn’t.” (A. Warhol, Exposures, London, 1979, p. 20)
