The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
There is light-staining along the left, lower and right edges. There is a tear, with associated paper loss, on the upper left corner. There are minor tears along the left edge. There are minor creases along the left edge and in the lower left corner. There are soft handling creases in the lower right quadrant and on the lower right corner.
