The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good, sound condition and ready to place. With typical scattered light nicks, faint marks, scuffs and scratches, consistent with age and use. With some a few scattered age and construction cracks, including some shrinkage cracks along the exterior of the table. One area with a very minor patch repair. With some deeper scuffs on the tabletop, as to be expected with use. One end of the tabletop with some fading to the color, possibly a result of heat exposure. The interior of the drawers with some staining and surface scratching as to be expected. With a small patch repair to one of the corner joins under the table, not readily visible.
