The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In very good overall condition; each with light scratches to its surface and scattered light rubbing to its gilding, consistent with age and handling; one vase with moderate rubbing to the gilt band below its neck; the other vase with a few small areas of light residue at recessed areas, and with printed and inscribed Ann and Gordon Getty Collection inventory label.
