The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In good overall condition, with the typical kiln imperfections in the making, including tiny glaze bubbles, a few small glaze gaps and stilt marks at interior; some areas of faint crazing, mainly to the underside; minor scratches and light scuffs throughout, most prominently at the underside, commensurate with age and use; with printed and inscribed Ann and Gordon Getty Collection inventory label.
