The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall with some scuffs and scratches consistent with age, use, and stacking, all later gilt, those without monograms likely with engraving removed, though generally neatly done, overall generally good condition.

Dessert spoons, 7 in. – With some minor scratches to the bowls, the gilding a warm butter color, most with a slight depression where monogram removed, cast decoration crisp, all with M date letter for 1873-1891
Teaspoons, 53⁄4 in. – With some scratches to bowls, most with a slight depression where monogram removed, some wear to the gilding at the high spots
Dinner forks, 71⁄2 in. – Some wear to the gilding overall, the gilding ranging in color from lemon to butter, some with more significant wear to the gilding at tines, five with tines possibly cut down, but just slightly and not noticeable on the table, most with a little wear to end tines, otherwise tines generally straight and none spindly or starting to hook
Luncheon forks, 63⁄4 in. – Tines mostly straight and even, one possibly cut down slightly but not very noticeable, a few with some wear to end tines, but not starting to hook or too thin, about half with losses to gilding on tines
Oyster forks, 57⁄8 in. – All with strong gilding, some minor wear to gilding where the back rests on the table, all with a slight depression where monogram removed
Dinner knives, 95⁄8 in. to 101⁄8 in. – 5 with Tiffany & Co. stainless steel blades with the Tiffany & Co. mark mostly buffed out and light butter color gilding, 3 with old Tiffany & Co. blades, probably close plated and possibly re-plated, 4 with replaced blades marked STAINLESS with some excess solder to joins, two with shallow dings where engraving removed, 12 with replaced unmarked stainless steel blades, five with some excess solder at the joins and with some dings with monogram removed, overall some with date letters m for 1907-1947 and T for 1892-1902, most with date letter M for 1873-1891
Luncheon knives – 9 with Tiffany & Co. Stainless steel blades and 9 in. long, three with the Tiffany & Co. mark buffed out, the rest 83⁄8 in. long, 3 with Sheffield stainless steel blades, and 12 with stainless steel blades marked STAINLESS or buffed out, gilding a light butter color, the joins on the Tiffany & Co. and Sheffield blades clean, the join on one Stainless blade with a good bit of excess solder, possibly lead, and three others with a little excess solder, again possibly lead, most with light shallow dings where monograms removed, though doesn’t feel thin, those with Tiffany & Co. blades slightly better condition overall
Butter spreaders, 57⁄8 in. – With hollow handles and Tiffany & Co. stainless steel blades, joins good, some minor wear to the gilding at high spots
Servers – Overall with some minor wear to the gilding, the cheese and pastry servers with stainless steel blades, the carving set with stainless steel blades and tines, the sharpening steel marked for Joseph Rodgers & Sons
