The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall good condition, scattered minor surface wear as expected with age and use including some minor surface scratches and rubbing to the gilding and enamels; some small scattered chips to the of the rims, mainly to the undersides; dimensions and further enumeration below:
A footed compote-- 31⁄2 in. (8.9 cm.) high, 123⁄4 in. (32.4 cm.) diameter; one rim lobe with a small shallow chip to the underside
Two circular sauce-tureens and covers-- 7 in. (17.7 cm.) high, 63⁄8 in. (16.2 cm.) wide; both finials with the knop reattached, one with overpainting and regilding; the tureens with small chips to the edges of the square bases.
Two lozenge-shaped dishes-- 12 in. (30.5 cm.) wide, 87⁄8 in. (22.5 cm.) deep; scattered minor chips to the footrims of each
Two square dishes-- 91⁄4 in. (23.5 cm.) square; each with scattered chips to the underside of the lobed rims
Twelve dessert plates-- 85⁄8 in. (21.9 cm.) diameter; two with heavier wear to the gilding on the lobed rim
