The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Please note antique textiles exhibit wear, losses, soiling and tears from normal use and repurposing. Some elements are re-pieced together with complimentary or contemporaneous textiles to mend.

The large pillow with stylized lotus pieced, well matched; heavy rubbing and fraying to the brocaded threads; scattered small holes and repaired tears; the tassel fringe also with rubbing and losses. The small cushions with writing dragon pieced, well matched; the writing dragon panels each with some staining to the ground and rubbing/fraying to the embroidery floss.
