The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Most in overall good condition; slightly differing in height; with minor surface wear and scratches as to be expected; light rubbing and losses to the enameled decoration; some scattered crazing; some with fritting and minor losses to the edges; scattered areas of restoration and touch-ups to the extremities and high points; the figure in harlequin dress with scattered restorations, particulary to his hat, hand and bottom of his fly whisk; one bearded figure in blue cracked through the neck and shoulders and resotred, the other with restoration to the tip of his fish drum; the figure in blue holding a yellow flute lacking the top of its flute, other figure in blue with losses to its fingertips; one figure in pink dragon robes with its beard touched-up, the other holding a fan with its proper right topknot replaced; presents well as a group.
