The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record the changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
It is in our opinion that the property is in fair overall condition for its age, except:
-There are some expected surface wear, scratches and cracks.
-There are few water stains on the top surface.
-There are few minor and tiny lacquer losses.
-Some restouched areas.
-Each leg with protective pad on underside.
