Each molded on both sides with the petals of the lush blossoming pink peony, inscribed on the tubular handle with Da Qing Guangxu sanshisi nian Anhui Taihu fujin qiucao jinianbei (cup commemorating the autumn military exercises held near Taihuin Anhui during the 34th year of Guangxu reign of the Great Qing dynasty) corresponding to the year 1908
